After much deliberation, I have decided to give in and start an online blog.

To be fair, I dont really know what to write for these kind of things, but seeing as im studying journalism, I should be able to write something!

I study at a university in London, and it's amazing, i love city life. I have everything on my door step, I can go clothes shopping in the best places, and I can go to nightclubs that you can only get in to if your on the guestlist. I can wake up in the morning and decide whether to go shopping in Camden, Mayfair and Covent Garden, or I can visit a world famous art gallery.
However, living in London has its costs. Whether it be travelling, going out, or food shopping, it seems to eat away at my bank account. Leaving me with worries of whether I will be able to afford anything within the next fortnight.

Apart from the money problems, my life has changed so much. In a very good way. Coming to university has made me meet so many interesting people, and has made me realise how to live on my own, without my parents there to cushion me. It's weird not living at home, but it's allowing me to be myself, and do what i want, when i want. Which is also amazing.

Anyway, my name is Benjamin Lancaster-Nogueira and I'm 19 years old. This whole post sounds stupid, but as I said before, I dont know what to write in a blog! Cheers for now!
